Maverick VA was founded by Lucy Washington in 2018, during a career pause that quickly became the start of something far bigger. What began as a way to keep skills sharp has grown into a trusted virtual assistant service supporting businesses across multiple industries.
With over 20 years’ experience in executive administrative roles, Lucy brings a depth of expertise that is both highly transferable and commercially valuable. She has extensive experience within construction and civil engineering, having supported Project Directors and Company Directors and managed multi-million-pound project offices in senior PA and EA roles.
At the core of Maverick VA is a passion for working behind the scenes — organising, coordinating and bringing clarity to complex workloads.
